Physical activity was defined as self-reported time typically spent for any type of moderate or vigorous physical activity. Regular dietary supplement use was defined as taking supplement ≥1 weekly. Regular medication use, including NSAIDs, was defined as taking medication ≥1 monthly. Hormone replacement therapy included both unopposed estrogen and estrogen/progestin combinations.
