  • NOTE: PreTect HPV-Proofer and Gp5+/6+ consensus PCR were performed on all samples. PreTect HPV-Proofer and type-specific PCR detects HPV types 16, 18, 31, 33, and 45. Type-specific PCR was done on Gp5+/6+ consensus PCR–positive samples. The probability calculus was done using McNemar's test.
